24LC128-E/MF General Description
The 24LC128-E/MF is a high-performance Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) developed by Microchip Technology Inc. with a capacity of 16K x 8 (128 Kbit). Its advanced design and low-power operation make it ideal for applications in personal communications and data acquisition. The device is capable of operating across a broad voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, providing versatility for use in various power systems. Additionally, it supports page write operations of up to 64 bytes of data and allows for both random and sequential reads up to the 128K boundary. With functional address lines, it is possible to connect up to eight devices on the same bus, creating an address space of up to 1 Mbit. The 24LC128-E/MF is available in different packages, including the standard 8-pin plastic DIP, SOIC, TSSOP, MSOP, DFN, and Chip Scale, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of system designs
