Microchip Technology Inc.'s 24LC128-E/ST is a cutting-edge Serial EEPROM offering a capacity of 128 Kbits. With a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, this device is ideal for low-power applications in personal communications and data acquisition. The page write capability allows users to write up to 64 bytes of data in a single operation, enhancing efficiency. Supporting both random and sequential reads up to the 128K boundary, the EEPROM provides flexibility for accessing stored information. The functional address lines enable the connection of up to eight devices on the same bus, expanding the address space to 1 Mbit. Available in various packages, including DIP, SOIC, TSSOP, MSOP, DFN, and Chip Scale, the 24LC128-E/ST offers versatility in integration for different systems
