The 24LC128T-E/MS from Microchip Technology Inc. is a high-performance Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) designed for advanced, low-power applications. With a capacity of 16K x 8 (128 Kbit), this device operates across a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for various personal communications and data acquisition systems. Additionally, it features a page write capability of up to 64 bytes of data and supports both random and sequential reads up to the 128K boundary. With functional address lines, up to eight devices can be connected on the same bus, offering a total address space of 1 Mbit. The device is available in multiple package options including standard 8-pin plastic DIP, SOIC, TSSOP, MSOP, DFN, and Chip Scale, providing flexibility for different design requirements
