The 1K x 8 capacity of this RAM module allows for versatile use in a variety of applications, providing reliable performance without the need for additional discrete logic. With the 7140 "SLAVE" Dual-Port complementing the 7130 as the master, users can enjoy error-free operation and full-speed data transmission. The automatic power-down feature, controlled by CE, offers added convenience by enabling low standby power consumption when the circuitry is not in use. As a military-grade product compliant with MIL-PRF-38535 standards, the 7130SA35J guarantees durability and performance in rugged environments
