The AD590JCPZ-R5 is a 2-terminal integrated circuit temperature transducer that provides accurate and reliable temperature measurements. With a supply voltage range of 4 V to 30 V, this device operates as a high impedance, constant current regulator, passing 1 μA/K. The laser trimming of the chip’s thin-film resistors ensures precise calibration, resulting in a 298.2 μA output at 298.2 K (25°C). Whether you need to monitor temperature in industrial, automotive, or consumer electronics applications, the AD590JCPZ-R5 offers a versatile solution with its wide voltage range and high accuracy
