AD598JR General Description

The AD598JR is a specialized signal conditioning subsystem designed for use with Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDTs) to accurately convert mechanical position into a unipolar or bipolar dc voltage. With all necessary circuit functions integrated on the chip, the AD598 offers exceptional accuracy and repeatability. By simply adding a few external passive components to adjust frequency and gain, the AD598 transforms the raw LVDT secondary output into a scaled dc signal. It is also compatible with RVDT transducers, further enhancing its versatility
