ADM222AR General Description
The ADM222AR is part of a family of high-speed RS-232 line drivers/receivers, including the ADM232A and ADM242, designed to support transmission rates of up to 200 kB/s. With a single 5 V power supply, these devices utilize an on-chip charge pump and small external capacitors to generate RS-232 bipolar levels efficiently.
