ADS1260BIRHBR General Description
The ADS1260BIRHBR is a highly precise and reliable analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that is ideal for demanding measurement applications such as weigh scales and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). With a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), precision voltage reference, and internal fault monitors, this sensor-ready ADC provides a single-chip solution for the most critical measurements. The 40-kSPS delta-sigma (ΔΣ) ADC also features a low-noise PGA with gains from 1 to 128, a 24-bit modulator, and a flexible digital filter that allows for single-cycle settled conversions while rejecting 50-Hz and 60-Hz line cycles
