ADUM260N1BRIZ General Description
The ADuM260N/ADuM261N/ADuM262N/ADuM263N1are6-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler®technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxidesemiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformertechnology, these isolation components provide outstandingperformance characteristics superior to alternatives such asoptocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximumpropagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion ofless than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel to channel matchingof propagation delay is tight at 4.0 ns maximum.
