The ADUM263N0BRIZ is a 6-channel digital isolator designed to operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. With a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, this isolator is ideal for low-power applications. The WSOIC package with 16 pins allows for easy integration into existing designs, while the fast 150Mbps data rate ensures high-speed signal isolation. Operating at CMOS input and output levels, this isolator is compatible with a variety of digital systems. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant, meeting environmental regulations and ensuring its suitability for environmentally friendly applications
