AO4818B General Description
The AO4818B is an exceptional P-channel enhancement mode field-effect transistor designed for a multitude of applications. With a drain-source voltage rating of -30V and a continuous drain current of -8A, this MOSFET is housed in a DFN5x6 package and boasts a low on-resistance of 50mOhm at a Vgs of -10V. Its low gate charge of 5.8nC and fast switching speed make it ideal for high-frequency switching applications, while its high power dissipation capability of 1.3W and wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C allow it to thrive in extreme environmental conditions
