ATA663431 General Description
The ATA663431 is a high-speed CAN transceiver designed for automotive applications. It operates over a wide voltage range and can withstand transients up to 40 V. The device is compatible with the ISO 11898 standard for CAN communication and supports data rates up to 5 Mbps. It features integrated voltage regulators, thermal shutdown, and bus fault detection for added robustness.The ATA663431 includes a low-power sleep mode to reduce energy consumption when the system is idle.
