ATA8515-GHQW General Description
The ATA8515-GHQW is a cutting-edge RF transceiver IC with integrated AVR® microcontroller, designed for the sub-1GHz smart RF markets. Boasting high sensitivity, blocking, and transmit power at exceptionally low power consumption levels, this device is ideal for battery-powered applications. With high sensitivity down to -123dBm FSK and -109dBm ASK at 433.92MHz, and programmable output power ranging from -12dBm to +14.5dBm in 0.4-dB steps, the ATA8515-GHQW offers market-leading RF performance. This makes it perfect for applications requiring a robust RF wireless link over large distances. The integrated microcontroller core allows for easy configuration of the EEPROM in the factory or over SPI by the host controller during initialization. What's more, the device can be re-configured "on-the-fly" by the host controller during normal operation, adding a level of flexibility and adaptability that's hard to match
