Microchip's ATSAMD20E18A-AU is a highly versatile and powerful ARM Cortex-M0+ based flash microcontroller that is designed for a wide range of applications in the home automation, consumer electronics, metering, and industrial sectors. Boasting 256KB of flash and 32KB of SRAM, this microcontroller provides ample memory for program and data storage, while its maximum operating frequency of 48MHz ensures high performance. The inclusion of four serial communication modules (SERCOM) allows for flexible configuration as UART/USART, SPI, or I2C, catering to various communication needs. Additionally, the ATSAMD20E18A-AU features six 16-bit timer/counters, a 32-bit Real Time clock and calendar, 10 PWM channels, one 10-channel 12-bit ADC, and a 10-bit DAC, providing comprehensive support for a wide range of input and output requirements. With support for up to 60 touch channels, this microcontroller is well-suited for touch-sensitive applications.
