ATSAML11E15A-AF General Description
The ATSAML11E15A-AF is the industry's first and lowest power Arm® Cortex®-M23 device with chip-level security and ARM® TrustZone® Technology, delivering unparalleled performance with an active mode power consumption of less than 25uA/MHz and a sleep mode consumption of less than 100nA. It features advanced security functions such as secure key storage, chip-level tamper resistance, crypto accelerators, secure boot, and secure bootloader, providing a highly secure platform for embedded applications. Notably, the SAM L11 achieved EEMBC Certified ULPMark Core Profile score of 410 and Peripheral Profile score of 167, demonstrating its exceptional performance and efficiency. Furthermore, the SAML11-KPH variants are pre-provisioned with Trustonic Root of Trust key and supported by Kinibi-M Software Development Kit, while the SAML11 variants offer the flexibility to be securely key provisioned using Secure Thingz Secure Deploy™ Architecture, making them suitable for a wide range of secure embedded applications. Supported by MPLAB X IDE and MPLAB Harmony, the ATSAML11E15A-AF provides a comprehensive development environment for seamless integration and efficient software development
