Featuring a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor, the ATSAMR35J17B-I/7JX combines a microcontroller with a UHF transceiver communication interface, delivering ultra-low power consumption and high performance. With 128 KB of Flash and 24 KB of SRAM, this device is well-suited for battery-powered remote sensor applications. Its compact 6 x 6 mm BGA package makes it suitable for space-constrained designs, while its highly configurable peripherals, including SERCOMs, ADC channels, analog comparators, and custom configurable logic modules, provide flexibility for a wide range of applications. The transceiver supports multiple modulation types, offering up to 20 dBm TX power and an impressive RX sensitivity down to -148 dBm, ensuring reliable long-range communication. To support developers, Microchip offers the SAM R34 Xplained Pro Evaluation Kit, Atmel Studio, and a detailed chip-down design package, streamlining development and accelerating time to market for LoRa end-nodes
