Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a switching diode BAV199DW-7-F rectifier from Diodes Zetex.Its maximum power dissipation is 200 mW.This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for quick mounting and safe delivery.This rectifier has a minimum operating temperature of -65 °C and a maximum of 150 °C.Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 4 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 0.16 A.It is made in a double dual series configuration.
