CALVCH16245IDLREP General Description
To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, it is recommended to tie the OE input to VCC through a pullup resistor. The minimum value of the resistor should be determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. Furthermore, the device includes active bus-hold circuitry to maintain unused or undriven inputs at a valid logic state. It is important to note that the use of pullup or pulldown resistors with the bus-hold circuitry is not advisable for this product
