CD40193BCN General Description
Featuring a synchronous load capability and the ability to operate in up or down counting modes, the Texas Instruments CD40193BCN is a versatile CMOS presettable synchronous up/down counter IC. This 4-bit binary counter has a maximum clock frequency of 12MHz and a minimum pulse width of 50ns. Packaged in a 16-pin DIP, the IC has an operating voltage range of 3V to 18V and incorporates a carry output pin for cascading multiple counters. Its low power consumption makes it suitable for battery-powered applications, and it is commonly used in frequency dividers, event counters, and timing circuits
