The SN74LVTH162373 is a versatile 16-bit transparent D-type latch designed for low-voltage operation, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With its 3-state outputs and buffered output-enable (OE) input, this device provides flexibility in controlling the logic state of the outputs, including placing them in a high-impedance state without loading or driving the bus lines significantly. The high-impedance state and increased drive capability make it ideal for driving bus lines without requiring additional interface or pullup components. Additionally, the device features active bus-hold circuitry to maintain unused or undriven inputs at a valid logic state, while the power-up 3-state circuitry and Ioff functionality ensure safe hot-insertion applications
