II. The CM3202-00DE is also engineered with built-in over-current limits and thermal shutdown at 170°C, providing essential protection for your system. Supporting Suspend-To-RAM (STR) and ACPI compliance with shutdown mode, this regulator effectively tri-states VTT to minimize quiescent system current, further enhancing its energy efficiency. Packaged in an easy-to-use TDFN-8, the CM3202-00DE is designed with low thermal resistance, enabling it to withstand high power dissipation at 85°C ambient temperatures. Operating over the industrial ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, this regulator ensures reliable performance in a variety of environmental conditions
