Meet the DG442DY+ from Maxim, a standout addition to the DG441/DG442 analog switch series with upgraded on-resistance matching and flatness features. Experience a maximum on-resistance of 4Ω and guaranteed flatness within 9Ω, enabling seamless operation in both directions. These switches deliver low charge injection (up to 10pC), ultra-low power consumption (just 1.65mW), and an exceptional ESD tolerance exceeding 2000V per Method 3015.7 standards. Furthermore, the redesigned switches address off-leakage current concerns, promising levels below 5nA even at elevated temperatures such as +85°C
