DG449DS-T1-E3 General Description
The DG449DS-T1-E3 is a high voltage single pole double throw (SPDT) switch with a maximum on state resistance of 85ohm. It has a turn off time of 69ns and a turn on time of 107ns, making it ideal for applications where fast switching is required. The operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C ensures reliable performance in a variety of environments. The switch is housed in a SOT-23 package and has 8 pins for easy installation. With a supply voltage max of 15V and a dual supply voltage source, this switch is versatile and can be used in a wide range of electronic circuits
