DPG30C200HB General Description
Product DPG30C200HB is a fast diode with a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 15A. Its diode configuration is dual common cathode, with a maximum forward voltage of 1V and a reverse recovery time of 35Ns. This diode can handle a forward surge current of 150A and has 3 pins. It is also RoHS compliant
