DRV8300DPWR General Description
The DRV8300DPWR is a high-performance 100-V three half-bridge gate driver, designed to efficiently drive high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. With an integrated bootstrap diode and external capacitor, the DRV8300D generates the necessary gate drive voltages for the high-side MOSFETs, while the DRV8300N achieves the same with an external bootstrap diode and capacitor. This ensures that the gate drive architecture can handle peak up to 750-mA source and 1.5-A sink currents, providing robust and reliable performance
