DS1842N+T&R General Description
Designed for avalanche photodiode (APD) bias and monitor applications, the DS1842N+T&R integrates discrete high-voltage components and a switch FET to create a boost DC-DC converter in partnership with an external controller. It features a current clamp for controlling APD current and supports external shutdown. The device is also equipped with a dual current mirror to accurately monitor the APD current, making it a complete and efficient solution for APD applications
