F1456NKGK General Description

The F1456NKGK is a feature-rich TX Variable Gain Amplifier designed to deliver high performance in transmitter applications. Operating within the 2100MHz to 2950MHz frequency band, this amplifier offers a maximum gain of 32.1dB, with a robust +38dBm OIP3 and a low 3.9dB noise figure. Its flexible gain control, achieved through a digital step attenuator (DSA) and KLIN™ RF variable gain amplifier gain adjustment, allows for up to 31.5dB of gain adjustment, enabling precise signal amplification. Drawing only 215mA of ICC from a single 5V supply, the amplifier is an energy-efficient choice for power-conscious designs. Housed in a compact 6 × 6 mm, 28-QFN package, with 50Ω single-ended RF input and RF output impedances, the F1456NKGK is designed for seamless integration into the signal path, offering versatility and performance for a range of RF applications
