FAN3224TMX-F085 General Description
With matched internal propagation delays between A and B channels, the FAN3224TMX-F085 enables the connection of two drivers in parallel, effectively doubling the current capability driving a single MOSFET. The FAN3224 offers two non-inverting drivers, each with dual independent enable pins that default to ON if not connected. This driver is designed for ease of use and flexibility, with dual inputs of opposite polarity allowing for configuration as non-inverting or inverting with an optional enable function using the second input. Internal resistors bias the inputs if left unconnected, ensuring the power MOSFET remains OFF
