The FAN48623UC32JX is a versatile IC that offers a compact solution for systems utilizing advanced Li-Ion battery chemistries. Its built-in power transistors, synchronous rectification, and low supply current make it an ideal choice for systems requiring a minimum output voltage from a single-cell Li-Ion battery, even when the battery voltage is below the required level for system power ICs. With guaranteed output voltage regulation up to a maximum load current of 2500 mA, this boost regulator is designed to seamlessly transition between Bypass and normal Boost Mode, providing flexibility and efficiency in power management. Additionally, the device can be forced into Bypass Mode to reduce quiescent current, further optimizing power consumption. Available in a 16-bump, 0.4 mm pitch, Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP), the FAN48623UC32JX offers a high degree of integration and miniaturization, making it well-suited for compact and portable electronic devices
