The FDMQ8205 GreenBridgeTM2 quad MOSFETs offer a solution for bridge applications, ensuring that the input is not affected by the polarity of the power source. This innovative design allows the device to be versatile and adaptable to various power configurations. Compared to traditional diode bridges, the FDMQ8205 minimizes power loss, making it an ideal choice for Power over Ethernet (PoE) Power Device (PD) applications. With its low rDS(on) dual P-ch MOSFETs and N-ch MOSFETs, the FDMQ8205 effectively reduces power loss caused by voltage drop, providing maximum available power and voltage for PoE PD applications
