FDS3890 General Description
The FDS3890 is a high-performance dual N-channel MOSFET suitable for a wide range of applications. It has a continuous drain current rating of 4.7A and a maximum drain-source voltage of 80V, making it ideal for various power management tasks. With an on-resistance Rds(on) of 34mohm at a test voltage Vgs of 10V, the FDS3890 offers low power dissipation and efficient operation. The threshold voltage Vgs typ of 2.3V ensures precise control, while the 8-pin SOIC package makes it easy to integrate into different circuit designs.
