The FL3100T comes equipped with fixed TTL input thresholds and internal resistors that bias the inputs when left unconnected, ensuring that the power MOSFET remains off when not in use. Additionally, the gate driver incorporates under-voltage lockout functionality, which holds the output low until the supply voltage reaches the required operating range, enhancing system reliability and protection
