FODM8061R2 General Description
Designed with an AlGaAS LED at the input and a high-speed integrated photodetector logic gate, the FODM8061R2 provides guaranteed coupled parameters across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +110°C. Its output, an open collector Schottky-clamped transistor, delivers a minimum output sink current of 13mA with a maximum input signal of 5mA (with a fan out of 8). For applications requiring a secure and robust digital signal communication solution, the FODM8061R2 optocoupler is a reliable choice that ensures efficient data transmission and peace of mind
