ON Semiconductor's FST3125DTR2G is a quad switch that stands out for its high performance and versatility. Its CMOS TTL compatibility allows it to operate within a wide voltage range of 4 to 5.5 Volts, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With its extremely low RON and near-zero propagation delay, this device ensures minimal signal distortion and fast switching performance. Additionally, the FST3125 is designed to minimize noise and ground bounce, providing a clean and stable signal output. The device is composed of four independent 1-bit switches, each with its own Output Enable (OE) pin. When the OE is low, Port A is connected to Port B, and when the OE is high, the switch enters a high Z state, allowing for flexible signal routing and control. This level of functionality makes the FST3125 an ideal choice for applications that require precise and efficient signal management
