HCPL0639 General Description

Packaged in a compact small-outline design, this device is space-efficient and ideal for various electronic applications. With an open collector output, the HCPL0639 allows for wired OR outputs, giving users flexibility in circuit configurations. Utilizing bipolar transistors on a CMOS process, this optocoupler delivers reduced power consumption without compromising on performance. Its guaranteed coupled parameters over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C ensure consistent operation in diverse environmental conditions.
