The HD3SS3415RUAT serves as a generic 4-CH high-speed mux/demux switch, enabling the routing of high-speed signals between different locations on a circuit board. While tailored for PCI Express Gen III applications, this switch also accommodates other high-speed data protocols like USB 3.0 and DisplayPort 1.2, supporting a wide range of differential amplitudes and common mode voltages. Controllable via a select input (SEL) pin, this device can be easily managed by a system's GPIO pin or a microcontroller
