HIP4020IBZT General Description
The HIP4020IBZT product offers advanced 4-quadrant load control, allowing for efficient and flexible management of current flow in the load. The H-configuration of switches and the load, combined with the cross-switching of drive voltage from OUTA and OUTB, enables seamless reversal of current flow. The synchronous operation of switches Q1 and Q4, along with the control logic for switches Q3 and Q2, ensures precise control over the load. Additionally, the ENABLE inputs and the ILF output provide enhanced control and monitoring capabilities. The separate power supply terminals for VDD, VSSA, and VSSB offer flexibility in power supply configurations, further enhancing the product's utility and versatility
