The HMC264LC3BTR-R5 is an exceptional 21-31 GHz Sub-harmonically Pumped MMIC Mixer, designed for high-performance applications. The integrated LO amplifier and excellent 2LO to RF isolation of 30 dB make it a standout choice for RF design engineers. With a single bias LO amplifier requiring only -4 to +4 dBm drive, this mixer offers ease of use and versatility. The DC blocked and matched RF and LO ports, covering 50 Ohms, further enhance its usability, while the IF range of DC to 6 GHz expands its potential applications. The leadless "Pb Free" SMT package eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing for efficient surface mount manufacturing techniques.
