The HMC338LC3BTR is a top-of-the-line 24 - 34 GHz Sub-harmonically Pumped MMIC Mixer that delivers exceptional performance in a compact, leadless RoHS compliant SMT package. With an integrated LO amplifier and superb 2LO to RF isolation of 30 dB, this mixer eliminates the need for additional filtering components, streamlining system design and reducing overall cost. The LO amplifier features a single bias design (+3V to +4V) with a modest -5 dBm drive requirement, making it simple to integrate into a wide range of applications. The RF and LO ports are DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohms for seamless connectivity, while the IF frequency range covers DC to 3 GHz, providing flexibility for diverse signal processing needs. By eliminating the need for wire bonding, the HMC338LC3BTR enables easy integration into surface mount manufacturing processes, making it an ideal choice for modern electronics applications
