The HMC356LP3(E) is a high-quality GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier, perfect for applications in GSM and CDMA cellular basestations as well as Mobile Radio front-end receivers. Operating within the frequency range of 350 to 550 MHz, this LNA offers exceptional performance. With a noise figure of just 1 dB, a gain of 17 dB, and an output IP3 of +38 dBm, it delivers impressive results on a single supply of +5V with a current consumption of 104 mA. Additionally, the input and output return losses are typically 15 dB, showcasing the excellent engineering behind this LNA. With only four external components required for optimization, including RF input match, RF ground, and DC bias, installation and setup are streamlined for ease of use
