HMC442LC3BTR General Description
The HMC442LC3BTR is a high-performance medium power amplifier designed for seamless integration and exceptional performance. With a frequency range of 17.5 to 25.5 GHz, this GaAs PHEMT MMIC amplifier provides 13 dB of gain, +23 dBm of saturated power, and an impressive 26% power added efficiency (PAE) from a +5V supply voltage. Housed in a leadless and RoHS compliant SMT package, this 50 Ohm matched amplifier does not require any external components, making it an ideal solution for linear gain blocks or drivers for HMC SMT mixers.
