Designed for excellence, the HMC499LC4 is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC Medium Power Amplifier that delivers unparalleled performance in a compact, leadless package. With a frequency range of 21 to 32 GHz, this amplifier offers a remarkable 16 dB of gain and a saturated power level of +24 dBm, all while maintaining a high Power Added Efficiency (PAE) of 16% from a +5V power supply. The RF I/Os are DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohms, ensuring easy integration into a variety of applications. Compared to traditional amplifiers, the HMC499LC4 eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing for seamless surface mount manufacturing techniques
