HMC765LP6CE General Description
The HMC765LP6CE is a versatile MMIC VCO that is suitable for a wide range of applications. With a frequency range from 5.4 to 7.3 GHz, this VCO offers a stable and precise signal source for use in wideband communication systems, radar systems, and test and measurement equipment. Its low phase noise performance and excellent tuning linearity ensure accurate frequency synthesis and reliable performance across the entire frequency range. Additionally, its compact 6x6 mm surface mount package, low power consumption, and single +5V supply voltage make it easy to integrate into existing systems and suitable for portable and battery-powered applications
