The HV7355 features a sophisticated design with a controller logic interface circuit, level translators, MOSFET gate drivers, and high current P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs as the output stage for each channel. This allows the output stages to deliver peak output currents of up to ±1.5A for pulsing, with swings of up to 150V when in operation
