IR2106SPBF General Description
Designed by Infineon Technologies, the IR2106SPBF is a highly efficient high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver IC that is well-suited for a variety of high-power applications. Its floating high-side driver and voltage range of up to 600 volts enable fast switching speeds, making it perfect for motor control, inverter drives, and power supplies. With a voltage regulator providing a continuous output current of 150mA, the IR2106SPBF can drive both high-side and low-side power switches with ease. The maximum output current peak of 290mA ensures reliable performance, while the programmable dead time function improves efficiency and reduces power losses. In addition, the under-voltage lockout protection feature ensures safe operation even under low voltage conditions. Operating within a wide temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees Celsius and housed in a standard 8-pin PDIP package, the IR2106SPBF offers dependable and robust performance in challenging environments
