ISL43240IAZ General Description
The ISL43240IAZ is a versatile and efficient CMOS quad SPDT analog switch that caters to a range of applications, from battery-powered equipment to multiplexing scenarios. Operating on a single +2V to +12V supply or a ±2V to ±6V supply, this device boasts low power consumption (5µW), minimal leakage currents (5nA max), and rapid switching speeds (tON = 52ns, tOFF = 40ns). With a maximum rON flatness of 5Ω, signal integrity is upheld, while channel-to-channel mismatch is kept to under 2Ω. The ISL43240 can function as a quad SPDT, quad 2:1 multiplexer, single 4:1 multiplexer, or dual 2-channel differential multiplexer, enhancing its adaptability for diverse circuit configurations.
