ISL6262ACRZ-T General Description
The ISL6262ACRZ-T is designed for heavy load operation in the active mode, commanding the two-phase continuous conduction mode (CCM) for optimal performance. It seamlessly transitions to one-phase CCM with medium load in active mode and enables diode emulation for maximum efficiency at light loads when the CPU enters deeper sleep mode. Additionally, it provides a CPU power monitor output for better system power management in portable computers. With the ability to dynamically adjust the core output voltage and achieve a system accuracy of 0.5% over-temperature, the ISL6262ACRZ-T offers precision and control that meets Intel® IMVP-6+ specifications. It also features a unity-gain differential amplifier for remote CPU die sensing and offers flexibility in current sensing through either lossless inductor DCR sensing or precision resistor sensing, making it a versatile and reliable choice for various power management needs
