The ISL6277AHRZ is a cutting-edge controller that caters to the power needs of microprocessors and graphics processors with its full compliance to AMD Fusion SVI 2.0 standards. Its innovative design features two Voltage Regulators (VRs) with integrated gate drivers and the option for external drivers, offering unmatched flexibility. The Core VR can operate in 1-, 2-, or 3-phase configurations, while the Northbridge VR supports 1- or 2-phase setups. The shared serial control bus simplifies communication with the AMD CPU, resulting in cost savings and a more compact board design. Additionally, the PWM modulator incorporates Renesas Robust Ripple Regulator R3™ Technology, enabling dynamic switching frequency adjustments for improved transient response and energy efficiency during light loads
