ISL6277AIRZ General Description
The ISL6277AIRZ is a cutting-edge solution for microprocessor and graphics processor core power, fully compliant with AMD Fusion SVI 2.0 standards. With its versatile configuration options, this controller supports two Voltage Regulators with integrated gate drivers and optional external drivers, allowing for maximum flexibility in system design. The Core VR can be configured for 3-, 2-, or 1-phase operation, while the Northbridge VR supports 2- or 1-phase configurations. By sharing a serial control bus, the two VRs are able to communicate effectively with the AMD CPU, resulting in cost savings and reduced board area
