ISL6742BAAZA General Description
The ISL6742BAAZA is a double-ended PWM controller that offers advanced synchronous rectifier control and current limit features, making it suitable for both current- and voltage-mode control methods. Its complemented PWM outputs for Synchronous Rectifier (SR) control can be dynamically adjusted using an external control voltage, providing precise and flexible control for different system requirements. The advanced current sensing circuitry employs sample and hold methods to ensure accurate average current signals, making it suitable for average current limiting, current sharing circuits, and average current mode control. Additionally, the controller features an adjustable oscillator frequency up to 2MHz, internal over-temperature protection, precision dead time control, and multipulse suppression, ensuring stable and reliable operation in a variety of operating conditions. With its high-performance capabilities and advanced features, the ISL6742BAAZA is an excellent choice for demanding power management applications that require precise and reliable control
